Quarterly Update, 'sup

So um. I'm good at disappearing and then suddenly reappearing.

Anyway.

I'm not used to CG-ing anymore and everything I do seems to be coming out worse and worse. xDD Totally not cool. And I've been told my style (and I use that term loosely) is really generic. Which it is. Because I'm not really looking to stand out among the crowd of anime artists with REAL talent; I'm just having fun. If they can make a few bucks or a successful career off it, then great, more power to them. But seeing as I'm not looking to sell and they're not looking to buy, then I don't see any problem. :heart:

Anyway.

My parents aren't supporting my being an artist anymore either, not even in my free time (not that I have any anymore anyway). xD I'm not allowed to take Studio art classes next year =/ I don't like drawing realism in my free time, but I love it when I have to for class, which, surprisingly, garners more praise than everything else I've drawn. I don't want to be an artist; it's just something I enjoy doing. And it's not like I'm going to stop, so, you know, whatever. Parents are silly like that~

Anyway.

I'm not even majoring in art when I get to college. English, 'sup. Maybe a minor in art or creative writing, but we'll see.

Anyway.

Mostly making icons and posting at my livejournal.

That's about it. :heart:

With any luck I'll not disappear for another four months. :3

Hey, guess what? I got a tablet (YESSS). So this happened months ago in May, and finally I decide to practice getting used to it. The space in-between May and July was used for karate and tennis, so I wasn't exactly being lazy. :)
